Job Summary

Lead a dedicated loan servicing team supporting syndicated and bilateral commercial lending relationships. Own assigned portfolios and service requests, validate payment instructions and notices, and release advances/wires on Loan IQ. Manage rate changes, rollovers, advances, payments, conversions, and fronted letters of credit, while updating systems of record and resolving breaks/past dues through SLA-driven delivery, reconciliation, and risk escalation. Provide subject-matter guidance, coaching, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of assigned portfolios, service requests, and transactions, completing within turnaround time.
•Validate payment instructions/notices and release advances/wires/notices to clients, lenders, and agent banks on Loan IQ.
•Manage periodic rate changes, rollovers, advances, payments, conversions, and fronted letters of credit for large corporates.
•Update the system of record following standard operating procedures and guidelines, ensuring SLA accuracy and timely delivery.
•Resolve financial breaks/past dues and coordinate effective communication with team members, managers, and stakeholders; provide coaching and mentorship to new joiners.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of relevant experience in loan servicing/commercial lending operations.
•Advanced understanding of commercial lending products, loan servicing (bilateral and syndication), and the loan life cycle.
•Expert proficiency navigating Loan IQ and advanced proficiency with iCon/GSS.
•Proficient reconciliation knowledge (GLs, past dues, and financial break resolution).
•Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management.
