Key Responsibilities

•Own local paid media strategy and execution in Korea—recruiting and managing the local agency, planning campaigns across paid social, display, and syndication, and optimizing spend against pipeline outcomes
•Run regional email marketing programs aligned with global strategy: build and deploy eDMs and newsletters with local nuance, use AI tools to accelerate content production, and track engagement to continuously improve
•Plan and execute webinars for the Korean market from end to end—promotion, registration, delivery, and follow-up—using AI-assisted workflows to automate the repeatable parts
•Serve as the final QA layer on marketing assets translated by the localization team, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency before anything goes live
•Partner with Marketing Ops and Revenue Operations to ensure proper campaign setup, lead routing, attribution, and reporting across digital and field programs

Key Requirements
