Job Summary

HVAC Maintenance Senior Technician responsible for dismantling, inspecting, diagnosing defects, repairing, servicing, and assembling rotating equipment; perform field service to remove/install rotating equipment and conduct alignment and preventive maintenance; support operation and maintenance of utility systems, Fab support equipment, and building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform dismantling, inspection, diagnosing defects, repairing, servicing, and assembling rotating equipment.
•Conduct field service to remove and install rotating equipment and perform alignment and preventive maintenance.
•Support operation and maintenance of utility systems, Fab support equipment, and building maintenance.
•Mentor non-exempt personnel and provide technical training as needed.
•Follow SOPs and handle advanced assignments requiring judgment and initiative.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.5 - 46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or technical school certification preferred.
•NCCCR Millwright and/or Industrial Certification.
