Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome guests and provide first-line support for office-related needs, including managing mail distribution and maintaining office appearance, organization, and supply inventory.
  • •Support customers with 1:1 help to adopt Compass technology and adjacent services.
  • •Provide basic marketing support by answering questions, creating collateral from templates, and liaising with marketing advisors for more complex requests.
  • •Troubleshoot and answer basic questions about technology and office devices, including printers, conference room hardware, and enterprise systems.
  • •Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance (e.g., sales meeting preparation, data entry, and office-wide communications) and support office event setup and teardown.
