Key Responsibilities

•Execute and manage end-to-end global B2B collections strategies across regions, time zones, and currencies.
•Monitor aging balances and drive reduction of Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to maximize liquidity.
•Investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies with customers and partners from Sales, Customer Success, and Legal.
•Provide weekly and monthly cash collection forecasts and maintain an accurate, daily-reconciled AR ledger including correct cash allocation.
•Optimize dispute-to-cash workflows via dunning automation, system integrations, and automated alerts/routing; benchmark AI-driven collection tools/features.

Key Requirements

•Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation) for financial reporting.
•Ability to manage end-to-end collections, reduce DSO, and handle complex billing discrepancies through cross-functional collaboration.
