Director Project Controls – Data Center Construction

Lead cost, schedule, and risk management for a large-scale data center construction program, partnering with project leadership, contractors, and stakeholders. Establish and oversee governance and project controls processes, including budgeting, forecasting, earned value analysis, variance reporting, and lifecycle cost estimating. Build and monitor integrated CPM schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), manage risk registers and change control, and deliver executive dashboards and performance reporting while mentoring a project controls team.
