Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist multiple SIS with day-to-day operational requirements.
  • •Track SIS-level KPIs and support SIS staff in achieving sales targets; analyze performance and share insights.
  • •Ensure visual merchandising (VM) standards are implemented consistently across SIS; coordinate seasonal updates, campaigns, and product launches; audit display quality.
  • •Assist with inventory and stock management, including replenishment, stock counts, and shrinkage control; identify fast/slow-moving products and support balancing; report stock gaps.
  • •Conduct on-floor training for new and existing retail associates and reinforce product knowledge, customer service expectations, and selling skills; support performance coaching.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •25 years in retail operations.
  • •Experience handling multi-store/SIS/LFR or supervisory retail roles is an advantage.
  • •Field-based role requiring daily/weekly travel across assigned stores.
