Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the production of detailed and performance specifications for the discipline, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations.
  • •Direct others in the delivery of electrical design across UK Building Services projects and supervise the completion of detailed designs.
  • •Act as the client’s key point of contact and responsible for overall project delivery and internal KPI achievement.
  • •Contribute to feasibility studies and interpretation of project needs to guide design directions and deliverables.
  • •Develop and nurture junior staff, manage project team workload, and coordinate resources to maximise utilization.
