Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to drive store productivity and profitability through coaching, operational excellence, and client-focused leadership. Lead omni-channel and virtual selling, support clienteling and loyalty programs, and ensure customer data capture. Recruit, onboard, and develop associates while reviewing KPIs and acting as Store Leader in their absence. Maintain brand/visual standards and oversee opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, payroll budgets, compliance, loss prevention, inventory, and live stream/social selling.
