Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, negotiable instruments, and cashier’s checks while maintaining accurate cash handling and daily balancing. Use online teller systems to resolve customer requests and inquiries, protect customer information, and follow teller and compliance procedures. Build professional client relationships by promoting and cross-selling bank products, and support coordination with branch personnel through training, reports, and required records.
