Job Summary

Create and maintain operating procedures for Consumer & Small Business Banking, ensuring they align with Truist operational policies and support regulatory and marketplace requirements. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, subject matter experts, and end users to update procedures, evaluate feedback, and coordinate publication. Assess process gaps, recommend solutions, complete annual procedure reviews, and mentor other Procedure Specialists while supporting daily questions and risk escalation.
