Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive telehealth consultations for adult patients with general medical and hematological complaints, including history taking and review of systems.
  • •Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic internal medicine conditions and the full range of benign and malignant blood disorders.
  • •Order and interpret investigations including CBCs, peripheral blood films, coagulation profiles, haemolysis screens, haemoglobin electrophoresis, and bone marrow examination reports.
  • •Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, including medication management, chronic disease control, anticoagulation, transfusion planning, and appropriate referrals.
  • •Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations, ethical guidelines, telehealth best practices, patient safety, and quality assurance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
  • •Residency training in Internal Medicine from an accredited program.
  • •Board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • •Fellowship certification in Hematology.
  • •Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration as Internal Medicine & Hematology Senior Registrar (Assistant Consultant).
