Job Summary

Lead Treating Operations performance for amine, glycol, and related natural gas treating plants, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and reliable operations. Coordinate and manage Operations and Engineering Directors and support staff, troubleshoot key plant equipment, set annual goals and safety plans, and steward operations & maintenance budgets. Represent the Treating group in operations meetings, maintain stakeholder communications, and drive alignment with corporate objectives and the Operations Management System.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and manage direct reports to operate and maintain facilities safely, compliantly, efficiently, and reliably.
•Lead, guide, and mentor a diverse team of leaders to drive excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
•Troubleshoot and oversee operating performance for amine plants, mechanical refrigeration units, and glycol dehydrators.
•Develop and monitor annual goals and a departmental safety action plan aligned to corporate objectives.
•Steward operations & maintenance budgets and direct performance to meet safety, budgetary, and regulatory compliance requirements; provide regular stakeholder updates and represent the Treating group in key meetings.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 10 years of thorough working experience/knowledge in gas treating operations, including basic hydraulics and flow control systems.
•Minimum 10 years of effective management experience in operations, project management, and equipment fabrication.
•Working knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot amine plants, mechanical refrigeration units, and glycol dehydrators.
•Ability to lead and manage people while maintaining safety, operational excellence, and risk reduction.
