Customer Solutions Program Manager

Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing technical solutions that combine hardware and software for manufacturing and engineering challenges. Lead multi-week projects and larger multi-solution programs across customer organizations and product lines, defining scope, requirements, and priorities with customers. Coordinate with product and engineering teams, manage risks, timelines, and change management, and drive process improvement through scalable frameworks and lessons learned.
