Key Responsibilities

•Dive into product telemetry and user data to design and execute multi-channel strategies that drive Self-Serve ACV, NNAOV, and retention.
•Leverage AI tools and Agentforce to eliminate manual marketing workflows and automate campaign localization, A/B test analysis, and routine reporting.
•Build complex, dynamic audience lists and segmentation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), moving from static targeting to predictive cohorts.
•Design and execute behavior-triggered journeys across Email, Push Notification, and In-App Messaging, shifting to marketer-led automation.
•Partner with Data Science to integrate predictive AI scoring (e.g., MadKudu) and verified web data into automation platforms to identify high-intent and at-risk segments.

•5–7 years of lifecycle automation, growth engineering, or highly technical marketing operations in a B2B SaaS/PLG environment.
•Highly technical, naturally curious, and comfortable operating at the intersection of marketing, data science, and AI.
•Proven experience using AI tools and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to automate marketing, segment complex audiences, and generate predictive insights.
•Demonstrated ability to independently source and drive material business results (ACV/Revenue/MAU) without top-down execution briefs.
•Deep understanding of product-led growth principles and experience leveraging product signals for acquisition, activation, and seat expansion.
