Lead Product Manager, Token

Define and lead exploration of utility token opportunities for Circle’s Arc product team. Shape the potential token’s economic model, tokenomics, governance framework, and phased roadmap by running simulations and scenario analyses for incentives, staking, and validator rewards. Operationalize onchain/offchain governance processes, collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Treasury, Legal, and Policy for regulatory alignment, and build documentation and forums to activate the ecosystem.
