Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the founding team to translate infrastructure and security projects into new revenue.
  • •Push first production changes and ramp on the Hadrius platform, infrastructure, security stack, and CI/CD processes.
  • •Implement a major feature in the first month that drives new business revenue.
  • •Become the de facto owner of Hadrius infrastructure and deployments, serving as the go-to person across functions.
  • •Train and hire new team members to scale infrastructure ownership and impact.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of related professional experience in infrastructure/security platforms.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Experience with Terraform (or related IaC) and AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • •Hands-on Kubernetes experience (EKS/GKE/AKS) deploying production applications at scale.
  • •Strong CI/CD and database management experience (e.g., GitHub Actions/Jenkins; Postgres/MySQL with RBAC).
