Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and promote Tyson’s safety culture while troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets.
  • •Operate and maintain 110, 240, and 480-volt AC motor circuits and maintain a safe electrical environment within the plant.
  • •Assist with preventative maintenance and breakdowns, including filling in for absenteeism and supporting other plant areas.
  • •Use computer-based PM programs and Tyson SAP software to track maintenance, make work orders, and complete daily documentation.
  • •Train maintenance technicians on equipment and assist the maintenance supervisor with personnel and equipment, including assigning techs during process periods.
