Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and GL account reconciliations for assigned entities.
  • •Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and ensure timely review of GL reconciliations.
  • •Prepare management accounts reports and conduct variance analysis for leadership.
  • •Support tax declaration processes (VAT, CIT, etc.) and statistical reporting requirements.
  • •Support statutory compliance activities including financial statement preparation/review and external audit support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of relevant work experience in international accounting.
  • •Experienced in all aspects of financial accounting, including local accounting principles (US GAAP and IFRS where applicable).
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Polish.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ERP/accounting systems; Oracle, SAP, or Blackline experience is a plus.
