Job Summary

Build and scale Docker adoption across the partner ecosystem by enabling ISVs, CSPs, SIs, and VARs. Deliver technical learning paths and certifications, run 1:1 enablement and workshops, and serve as a technical advisor for integrations. Support joint GTM motions with sales, align roadmap and beta/EAP participation with Product/Engineering, and create reusable partner-facing technical content to accelerate secure delivery of Docker technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver scalable partner enablement programs, including technical learning paths and certifications.
•Provide 1:1 technical enablement for strategic partners and advise on integrating Docker into partner offerings or product stacks.
•Support joint GTM motions by collaborating on account planning, co-selling opportunities, and technical validation during sales engagements.
•Align with Product/Engineering on roadmap, beta/EAP participation, and technical integrations with CSPs and ISVs; advocate for partner-driven feature requests.
•Create and maintain reusable technical content (integration guides, architectural diagrams, enablement videos) and represent Docker at partner events, conferences, and webinars.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in solutions engineering, partner engineering, or similar roles with partner-facing/channel SE experience in developer tools, DevOps, DevSecOps, or cloud infrastructure.
•Deep technical understanding of Docker, containers, and modern CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
•Knowledge of application security and securing the software supply chain (e.g., SBOMs, image scanning, secure delivery pipelines).
•Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus infrastructure technologies and security best practices.
•Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and deliver scalable enablement content.
