Build sales playbooks and scalable enablement workflows with support from a Learning Experience Designer and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Coach Independent Contractors 1:1 in the field and on the phone, providing real-time feedback to lift conversion, deal quality, and activation rates.
•Support RSMs in activating new ICs faster via onboarding improvements and reporting/tracking to spot issues early.
•Deliver training and coaching for new and experienced channel sellers to shorten ramp time and reach full productivity faster.
•Own the RSM Training & Certification program and a training calendar tied to commercial priorities (onboarding, product launches, capability gaps).
•Track and report the commercial impact of enablement (conversion, activation, ramp time, retention) and ensure enablement shows up in channel sales performance outcomes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in sales coaching, sales enablement, sales training, or similar, ideally in a high-growth or channel-driven environment with proof of improving performance metrics.
•Hands-on field coaching experience developing salespeople with measurable results (conversion, deal size, ramp time, retention).
•Proven builder mindset: create structure and programs from scratch and judge success by numbers.
•Strong content design and facilitation skills; training you built that sellers actually use and that shows up in performance data.
•Comfort with performance data, stakeholder management across Sales, Product, and Marketing, and ability to turn complex information into clear frameworks and messaging.
