Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, audit, and process Sony Music Entertainment’s worldwide sales reporting and validate adherence to contractual terms.
  • •Analyze sales and data quality control reports to identify and resolve inaccuracies and discrepancies, including root-cause investigation.
  • •Handle invoicing, revenue accruals, and end-of-month account reconciliations, including clearing account reconciliation and coordination.
  • •Coordinate global invoicing activities, follow up on invoicing requests, and coordinate with BPO for workload distribution.
  • •Oversee quarterly intercompany royalty invoicing and implement business process improvements to resolve recurring issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of work experience; music industry or entertainment field preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • •Proficiency in English (reading, written, and oral) and strong communication skills.
  • •Prior experience with SAP, Royalty Systems, and/or Sales Systems is preferred.
