Key Responsibilities

•Manage and/or self-perform a wide range of hazardous building material and industrial hygiene projects for private and public sector clients.
•Collaborate with licensed/certified professionals and technical/regulatory specialists on survey, investigation, abatement design, and remediation.
•Provide technical and regulatory leadership for projects throughout New England, the US, and internationally.
•Develop proposals including work scope, budgets and schedules for hazardous material survey/design/abatement and other industrial hygiene projects.
•Review, coordinate or prepare written reports, work plans, and technical memoranda; analyze data and develop supported conclusions.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Technical experience directly related to building hazardous material (asbestos, lead paint, etc.)
•Industrial hygiene, mold, or indoor air quality experience
•Must have 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
•Must have EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector Certification
