Job Summary

Support the Finance team with FP&A and MIS for Honeywell Process Automation business performance in India. Help analyze key business KPIs (P&L, working capital, and cash), including variance drivers, and assist with the STRAP/AOP process. Contribute to estimating for midterm outlooks and quarterly short-range outlooks plus risks and opportunities summaries, support Capex finance coordination, and help ensure compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Support weekly/monthly analysis of major business KPIs across LOB/SBU, including P&L, working capital, and cash metrics with variance-driver explanations.
•Support and coordinate the STRAP/AOP process from a financial perspective in partnership with the business and ISC.
•Assist in developing estimating processes for midterm outlooks and quarterly short-range outlooks, including risks and opportunities summaries.
•Coordinate and support the finance aspects of the Capex process in partnership with Pole/Global Finance.
•Ensure compliance with corporate statutory laws, US GAAP, and Honeywell accounting policies; support special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 28,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•CA student eligible for industrial training as per ICAI.
•Hands-on SAP experience.
•Working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
•Previous commercial site FP&A experience (preferred).
•Strong influencing skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
