Job Summary

Provide a high-touch client experience by meeting prospects and clients virtually to assess needs, review financial management practices, and recommend Truist products and services. Handle advanced client maintenance requests and problem resolution, support the Virtual Solutions Delivery Team through consultative conversations, and proactively reach out to targeted clients to schedule deeper financial reviews. Drive individual revenue/profit goals across deposit and lending solutions while staying compliant with risk management policies.

•Meet with prospects and clients virtually to assess needs and recommend products and services aligned to client needs.
•Resolve advanced client maintenance requests and perform advanced sales functions for deposit, credit, convenience, and related product lines.
•Support the Virtual Solutions Delivery Team sales process with consultative conversations and integrated relationship management.
•Proactively contact targeted clients and set appointments for deeper caring conversations and complete financial reviews.
•Meet yearly performance goals for revenue/profit growth, including deposit and lending solutions and client onboarding outreach.

Key Requirements

•Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check and ongoing regulatory requirements.
