Job Summary

Deliver timely, accurate client transactions and a high-quality service experience while uncovering client needs. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs and Online/Mobile banking. Support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to connect clients with appropriate offerings and branch specialists. Handle new account support and issue resolution while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support sales and service activities through outbound calls, identifying client needs/offers, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
