Key Responsibilities

  • •Use lift traffic design software (Elevate) along with CAD, BIM, Revit, and Microsoft Office to develop VT solutions.
  • •Develop VT design concepts and calculate lift specifications for client requirements.
  • •Produce technical reports that illustrate the design to clients and their representatives.
  • •Attend and coordinate meetings with the project design team, VT suppliers, and specialist subcontractors to support implementation.
  • •Coordinate with local authority departments and relevant stakeholders to obtain approvals across project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •At least 8+ years of experience in the lift and escalator industry, focused on vertical transportation consultancy and lift design.
  • •Strong understanding of VT codes, standards, and local building regulations, including expertise in EN81 and ASME codes.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects, reviews, and deadlines while adapting to changing demands.
  • •Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills for technical delivery and client engagement.
