Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as a front-line brand ambassador. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support day-to-day store operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection while meeting individual and team KPIs.
