Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the site EHS Management System, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • •Act as the site’s primary EHS leader and focal point for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Process Safety matters.
  • •Ensure compliance with environmental, occupational safety, and process safety regulations and maintain readiness for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • •Drive Zero Harm strategy and strengthen the safety culture through visible leadership and employee engagement.
  • •Lead PHA, risk assessments, and incident/near-miss investigations, including corrective actions, as well as key process safety programs (MOC, PSSR) and critical safety programs (Permit to Work, LOTO, contractor safety, confined space entry, work at height, chemical handling controls).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline.
  • •5–10 years of EHS experience in chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, or other high-hazard manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of EHS, Process Safety, Risk Management, and Environmental Compliance.
  • •Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
  • •OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent internationally recognized EHS certification.
