Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain high-throughput detection systems and backend services with low latency and high reliability.
  • •Lead development of distributed data pipelines with Spark and Airflow to provide high-fidelity data for ML training and evaluation.
  • •Partner with engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and mentor junior/mid-level engineers.
  • •Drive AI productivity initiatives to accelerate development and automate internal workflows using Claude, OpenAI, and GitHub Copilot.
  • •Manage and optimize AWS/EKS cloud-native infrastructure to keep systems cost-effective, secure, and performant.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional experience delivering production backend development with Python or Golang.

  • •Strong cloud infrastructure experience scaling cloud-native applications on AWS (preferred), plus hands-on container orchestration using EKS.
  • •Proven experience leading technical projects, mentoring engineers, and shaping long-term technical strategy.
  • •Strong system design and integration skills to handle high-throughput and low-latency challenges, including performance debugging and benchmarking.
