Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain high-throughput detection systems and backend services with low latency and high reliability.
•Lead development of distributed data pipelines with Spark and Airflow to provide high-fidelity data for ML training and evaluation.
•Partner with engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and mentor junior/mid-level engineers.
•Drive AI productivity initiatives to accelerate development and automate internal workflows using Claude, OpenAI, and GitHub Copilot.
•Manage and optimize AWS/EKS cloud-native infrastructure to keep systems cost-effective, secure, and performant.

•8+ years of professional experience delivering production backend development with Python or Golang.

•Proven experience leading technical projects, mentoring engineers, and shaping long-term technical strategy.
