Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate supply chain readiness, manage costs, and drive delivery schedules for the video endpoint portfolio.
  • •Perform risk analysis and develop risk mitigation planning prior to product launch and ramp phases.
  • •Engage with key suppliers and internal stakeholders (including GSM and BU) to ensure performance expectations and align on sourcing decisions.
  • •Prepare supply chain continuity for material supply and delivery for prototype builds and early production.
  • •Manage product transition from New Product Introduction (NPI) to sustaining production, including BOM cost integrity, costed BOM validation, and cost driver communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or supply chain management.
  • •Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment or with contract manufacturing partners.
  • •Proven ability to manage Bill of Materials (BOM) cost integrity, including risk analysis and communication to operational teams.
  • •Experience in project, process, change, or risk management across a hardware or software product lifecycle.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English at all levels.
