Key Responsibilities

•Manage and triage the Information Security ticket queue, providing timely and effective technical support to SpaceX employees and stakeholders.
•Perform operational tasks required to keep security platforms and services reliable and available.
•Develop scripts and lightweight automation to streamline common technical support and operational processes.
•Document procedures, run books, and troubleshooting guides to improve team efficiency.
•Collaborate with Security Engineers to investigate issues, implement improvements, and contribute to larger security projects.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in cyber security, computer science, engineering, information technology, or other STEM discipline; OR 2+ years of professional information security experience in lieu of a degree.
•Experience with operating system internals for Linux, Windows, or macOS platforms.
•Experience with scripting including Bash, Python, PowerShell, or other programming languages.
•Understanding of information security principles (authentication, access control, encryption, malware analysis).
•Experience automating repetitive tasks and building internal tools.
