Job Summary

Support the Western European HR team as a People Specialist for Spain, reporting to the People Business Partner Director. Own key employee lifecycle activities and local People initiatives across engagement, rewards, training, onboarding, and People operations. Partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Legal to ensure timely, compliant, employee-focused delivery, while using reporting and analytics to improve processes and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Support key employee lifecycle activities in Spain, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive experience for employees and managers.
•Deliver local People initiatives across employee engagement, rewards, training, onboarding, and People operations to support an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
•Partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, compliant, and employee-focused People processes.
•Prepare, review, and maintain employment-related documentation in line with company policies and Spanish legal and regulatory requirements.
•Serve as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day People matters, using reporting and analytics to track metrics, identify trends, and improve processes; contribute to culture and Employee Resource Group initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field, with understanding of employee lifecycle processes and local HR practices in Spain.
•Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders.
•Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
•Demonstrate strong judgement, discretion, and ownership when handling sensitive employee matters and confidential data.
•Analytical mindset and comfort using reporting and insights to identify trends and improve People processes; confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
