Lead and direct larger, complex technology programs by establishing governance, translating corporate objectives into program goals, and ensuring delivery through implementation. Drive cross-functional execution across business and technology partners, manage communications, and oversee budgets, schedules, and quality. Provide work direction and coaching to project managers and coordinators, build program reporting/tracking frameworks, and escalate risks and issues to the right levels.
