Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead due diligence projects of varying complexity.
  • •Communicate internally with brokers, coverage / exposure experts, producers, client service team and M&A team members and collaborate to develop findings and solutions.
  • •Communicate externally on daily basis as trusted advisor with private equity firms, target companies or their representatives.
  • •Execute and deliver accurate and professional due diligence reports to clients.
  • •Analyze and provide technical input on insurance coverage, claims history, insurance-related collateral, insurance-related financial expense, surety bonds and insurance sections of the draft purchase agreement.
