Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate land-side container terminal operations as Landside Planner between transport providers, internal departments, and terminal teams.
  • •Organize container placements to enable smooth, safe, and cost-efficient loading and unloading.
  • •Maintain contact with rail and transport companies for efficient container arrivals and departures.
  • •Investigate damage incidents, determine causes, and produce clear reports and statistics.
  • •As Waterside Planner, plan and coordinate vessel-related container operations, balancing constraints and priorities to create optimal schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • •Strong interest in maritime transport and port logistics; graduates are welcome.
  • •High potential with ambition to develop within DP World in the short to mid term.
  • •Excellent Dutch and good English (other languages are a plus).
  • •Strong analytical skills and a flexible hands-on mindset; resilient under stress and team-oriented.
