Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate motor graders for rough and finish grading on roadways, site development, and aggregate projects.
  • •Establish and maintain proper grades, slopes, drainage, and roadway alignment per specifications.
  • •Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and construction layouts.
  • •Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
  • •Maintain safe work practices and comply with company, OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations; assist with general site tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Prior experience operating motor graders in construction, road building, paving, or aggregate operations preferred.

  • •Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
