Own the technical work-stream in enterprise sales and ensure smooth transition from closed-won to successful implementation. Lead onboarding continuity, configure workflows, integrate and validate data, and coordinate across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical work-stream in enterprise sales cycles, translating prospect goals into tailored GoodShip solutions.
•Design and deliver proof-of-concepts and build reusable demo environments and POC frameworks to accelerate deal closure.
•Transform complex prospect data into polished platform use cases and perform rapid root-cause analysis to address technical objections.
•Own technical continuity from contract signature through onboarding and stabilization, translating discovery and POC learnings into implementation roadmaps.
•Partner with customers to configure workflows, integrate and validate data, troubleshoot blockers, and validate outcomes across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales consulting, technical implementation, or a similar customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
•Experience supporting both pre-sale and post-sale activities, including technical discovery, solution scoping, implementation, and onboarding.
•Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel to analyze data and build business cases quickly.
•Working knowledge of relational databases and cloud platforms.
•Strong project-management skills and clear written and verbal communication for executive-level technical and commercial discussions.
