Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide repair service within an assigned territory to vendors, coolers, fountains, and other designated equipment.
  • •Interact with customers daily to diagnose issues, educate, and ensure customer expectations and PBV business objectives are met.
  • •Maintain equipment by performing diagnostics, repairs, and testing using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic testing equipment.
  • •Meet Pepsi-Cola North America (PCNA) quality objectives by performing preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to drive revenue.
  • •Use a hand-held computer to manage call detail accuracy, parts management, equipment location, and work performed; review daily activity to re-assign work and manage truck operations/parts inventory.

  • •Must be able to travel daily to assigned accounts; overnight travel may be required.
