Lead construction controls performance management for infrastructure programs by consolidating, monitoring, and reporting progress against the approved capital baseline. Own integrated project controls data covering budgets, forecasts, schedules, and risk, and deliver variance analysis with executive-ready dashboards. Maintain baseline records, oversee WBS/WBS dictionary development, and drive continuous improvements to baseline processes while collaborating with cost, schedule, risk, and other stakeholder teams.
