Key Responsibilities

•Respond to consumer questions or issues about product features, benefits, and availability, and make suitable product recommendations.
•Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards; retrieve and move merchandise between the sales floor and stockroom/inventory locations.
•Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connections) efficiently and accurately.
•Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow.
•Support positive customer experiences and store teamwork as a brand ambassador.

Key Requirements

•Provide exceptional customer service by responding to product questions and understanding customer needs and preferences.
•Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety while retrieving and organizing merchandise from inventory locations.
•Process cash register transactions accurately, including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connections.
•Receive, handle, replenish, and process incoming and outgoing product flow efficiently and accurately.
•Have 2 (or less) years of experience and be able to operate Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
•Be 16 years of age or older.
