Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to consumer questions or issues about product features, benefits, and availability, and make suitable product recommendations.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards; retrieve and move merchandise between the sales floor and stockroom/inventory locations.
  • •Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connections) efficiently and accurately.
  • •Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow.
  • •Support positive customer experiences and store teamwork as a brand ambassador.

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by responding to product questions and understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • •Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety while retrieving and organizing merchandise from inventory locations.
  • •Process cash register transactions accurately, including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connections.
  • •Receive, handle, replenish, and process incoming and outgoing product flow efficiently and accurately.
  • •Have 2 (or less) years of experience and be able to operate Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Be 16 years of age or older.
