Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the company services to separate from a divested site while collaborating with the Buyer to enable their integration plan.
  • •Drive collaboration with company internal DD&IT organizations ISC, PQM, ERP, OPS, P&O IT and M&A IT to ensure the weekly status reporting is documented for each project.
  • •Run the application disposition process for each project to ensure the divested sites are removed from the company's applications landscape.
  • •Run the data extraction process for all the applications in scope of the Data Migration Plan for each project.
  • •Lead discussion with the Buyer, the Business & ERP team to scope, plan, and budget the Business Data Extraction work hosted in the ERP system.
