Job Summary

Support HR transformation through meaningful projects focused on employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, and training and development. As an intern, you’ll take ownership of initiatives from Day 1, work with a manager who provides continuous coaching, and collaborate in a multicultural, fast-paced environment to help drive business results.

•Experience continuous coaching and day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
•Take ownership of specific projects starting from Day 1 in a dynamic, respectful work environment.

•Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions.
•Demonstrates ownership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks while meeting commitments.
•Thrives in a collaborative, multicultural, and diverse work environment.
•Fluency in English; excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and tailor communication to different audiences.
