Job Summary

Design and deliver solution architecture for the non-financial risk (NFR) domain within Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). Own high-level and support low-level design for GRC applications, integrations, and data layers, translating business needs into secure, scalable architectures. Collaborate with BAs, developers, testers, PMs, and Scrum Masters to align delivery, and present designs in governance ceremonies. Support integration and data flow design across operational and analytical systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead creation of high-level and support low-level solution designs across GRC application, integration, and data layers.
•Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
•Collaborate with BAs, developers, testers, PMs, and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery alignment.
•Present designs in governance and design ceremonies.
•Support integration and data flow design across operational and analytical systems.

Key Requirements

•Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset.
•Ability to independently research and explore solutions.
•Proven ability to work across both business and technology teams.
•Experience producing HLDs and supporting LLDs.
•Familiarity with structured delivery frameworks and governance, with strong communication and documentation skills.
