Key Responsibilities

•Oversee safe work practices, enforce safety policies, mentor technicians on procedures and hazard awareness.
•Assist with shift planning and coverage coordination to maintain adequate staffing for operations and maintenance.
•Communicate system status, maintenance activities, and impacts to team, leadership, and customer representatives.
•Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure system reliability and performance.
•Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance tasks in alignment with OEM and site requirements.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; preferred associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
•3–5 years of experience supervising large teams around automated material handling systems, preferably in airport/logistics environments.
•Understanding of automated systems; proficiency in MS Office, CMMS platforms, and payroll software.
•Must be eligible for, obtain, and maintain an Airside Pass (Security Clearance).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
