Key Responsibilities

  • •Design FBAR filters for advanced linear and non-linear performance and high power handling.
  • •Understand basic device physics and apply it to filter design and performance.
  • •Correlate simulation results with physical implementations and measured device performance.
  • •Develop and refine RF filter designs, including FBAR (BAW) and/or SAW designs.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • •Proficiency in EM (HFSS), circuit (ADS), and layout software such as Cadence (or equivalent CAD tools).
  • •Ability to correlate simulation results with physical implementations and measured device performance.
  • •Experience developing and leading FBAR (BAW) or SAW filter designs is preferred.
  • •Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reliability.
