Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team of Transportation Assistants—distribute tasks, monitor performance, support development, and maintain motivation toward results.
•Continuously monitor key operation indicators to identify trends, anticipate deviations, manage costs, and plan medium/long‑term responses to demand changes and network shifts.
•Identify process, flow, and system improvements in the Linehaul operation; manage implementation from start to finish and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
•Analyze operational data and build reports reflecting KPI status, supporting proposals with quantitative arguments and ensuring accurate data in Melí systems (YMS, Scheduling, Rostering, LH Monitoring).
•Act as a valid point of contact with other areas (Crossdocking, FBM, SVC, Mejora Continua, Producto, Safety) to coordinate solutions and drive cross‑functional traction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field
