Ensure system safety and regulatory compliance across the engine lifecycle for turbofan propulsion platforms. Lead safety analyses (FHA, PSSA, SSA, FMEA, FTA) across development phases, define safety methodologies and objectives, assess failure conditions with mitigation strategies, and support certification safety reviews. Contribute to accident/incident investigations and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams in a complex, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform FHA, PSSA, SSA, FMEA, and FTA throughout development phases and the engine lifecycle.
•Define safety methodology and safety objectives for the program.
•Assess failure conditions and develop mitigation strategies.
•Support certification safety reviews.
•Participate in accident and incident investigations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of experience in turbofan propulsion, aerospace, or other complex engineered systems.
•Solid understanding of turbofan architectures and test results analysis, including engine build-up/dressing and integration constraints.
•Strong knowledge of certification rules and safety analyses such as FHA, PSSA, SSA, FMEA, FTA, and ZSA.
•Experience with safety methodologies including SORA, SAIL Class, Weibull, Reliability Block Diagram, and MTBF.
•Exposure to customers, OEMs, and authorities in complex environments.
