Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the Product Operations team by setting priorities, coaching for ownership of market and product portfolios, and building the bench for future leadership.
  • •Set supply chain direction and deliver end-to-end key results for Dmarts, including aligning on supply-chain strategy and priorities with central and regional leadership.
  • •Run supply chain target setting per market (availability, fill rate, days on hand, spoilage), negotiate targets with regional leadership, and hold the business accountable.
  • •Own the central demand planning framework across 40+ countries and lead business planning with capacity planning and forecast-accuracy tracking.
  • •Own rollouts and adoption end to end (pilot design, readiness, training, hypercare) and define the market support model and SOPs to standardize what works.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in supply chain planning or operations, ideally in Quick Commerce, grocery retail, or FMCG in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • •People management experience leading specialists or analysts, delegating ownership, giving direct feedback, and taking accountability for team results.
  • •Strong stakeholder management with regional functional heads and market leadership, including the ability to correct numbers constructively.
  • •Deep, end-to-end understanding of grocery/FMCG supply chain: demand planning, replenishment, supplier management, DC operations, and inventory health.
  • •Product and data fluency, including interrogating data (SQL/BigQuery), and using tools like advanced Sheets and Looker/Tableau.
