Job Summary

Create unforgettable in-store experiences as the heart of the Crocs retail team. Deliver service using the C.H.A.R.M model, assist across departments (including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom operations), and partner with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives. Serve as a brand ambassador for product collaborations and launches, while following Crocs policies for asset protection, inventory control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Champion positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
•Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this with consumers; follow asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility in the work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours) with reliable attendance.
•A team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and enter information on computer/register screens.
•Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and stand/move for at least 8 hours per shift.
